Summary

好吧，太無聊了，來說說英文寫作的Summary怎麼寫好了。

首先呢，不論是別人的文章或是自己的文章，先熟讀過幾次後，把每一個段落的重要字眼(Key words) 挑出來。 最後在整理Key words的時候，歸納一下大綱，再依照那些Key words與歸納的大綱寫出一個小的Outline，利用這個Outline就可以寫出小一篇文章的Summary了。

當原本文章過長的時候，可能就需要重複幾次，把summary再依照同樣的步驟簡化成最簡單，約100字數左右的精簡summary。

說來簡單，做起來卻很難。 來各我的練習示範好了。

In odrer to suppling the electricity needs, the nuclear power source havs been disputed with the higher prime cost compared with power generated by modern gas-fired stations. Except for those renewable sources such as winds which only provide little amount of electricity, the nuclear fission has been considered more advantage then coal- or gas-fired source to replace the decommissioning plants, caused by less carbon dioxide generated.

However, those opponents raise an objection about the high price cost and construction time to sway those investors’ decision at the construction of nuclear power plants. Investors remain wary of nuclear projects not only with the construction and operational cost, the wastes and decommissioning one are also an obstracle without government-funded project in open energy market. Even through the price of nuclear electricity remains higher, nuclear lobby groups claim the possibility of nuclear plants construction at decade coused by the wholesale prices of gas and caol will violent increase in the furture. Besides, the greenhouse-gas emissions form coal- or gas-fired sources are heavy social cost if carbon prices top and it may lead to nuclear is more competitive with coal and gas.

The insurance for the real risk of catastrophic accident about a nuclear plant operation can not be accpect in open market if the government do not invavole or subsidize to cover the environmental or terrorism issues. Form the unstable politically condition at production region, such as Middle East, the fossil-fuel supplies has been under a lot of financail risk even the oil prices can not be pridected in energy decisions. Althrouth the fossil-fuel price fluctuating as goin up with risk, the nuclear source, as uranium costs are reasonably steady. Shimon Awerbuch, an economist metioned the current mix of fuel sources in the economy is possible to resuce the risk and cost ot electricity generation, therefore, nuclear build seems a realistic possibility as decade.

Summary
The expensive cost of nuclear power construction has been estimated to find out the balanced point with the expense of carbon dioxide pollution generated from the thermal power plant. Most worry of investors for the nuclear plants imputes to the high finance risk caused by many factors, such as the fossil-fuel price fluctuating, environmental or terrorism issues. The insurance for the risk of catastrophic accident about a nuclear plant operation can not be held only by civil investors if government do not offer any subsidy. Currently the mixing of electric power generation methods might be a possible way to reduce the finance risk.
