Sinn. 'Pirate's Panguno Rakaso' which was hybirded by my good friend Alfredo in Taiwan blooms out at end of summer and early Autum. The light purpur with dark spots is coloring in the center of large elegant white flower. Following pictures are sorting by cold autum to hot summer.

Difference between Chirita "Blue Moon" and "Moonlight"

Description :

Chirita "Moonlight" (Boggan) Medium blue-purple. Green and silver markings, compact.

Chirita "Blue Moon"(Boggan) A stemless rosette that grows about 12” across. Blue-purple flowers over dark bluish-green leaves

In my place, two kinds of flowers look almost same and pattern on the leafs are hardly being distinguished. The silver markings only presented under the low temperature or high temperature difference enivorment, In hot summer at north of Taiwan, 34 Cin Day and 29 C in night, the markings will disappear and turns leafs into almost green.

From the description, you can find the obly difference out in these two very similar hybirds only by the plant sizes. Acutally, the moonlignt easily tends to a multi-growth on one stem and her sizes is around 20 cm across. in contrast,  the blue moon growth as only one plant, hardly lateral buds produced, and sizes can reach to 35-40 cm.

Sinn. 'HCY's Midnight Waltz' hybirded by HCY in Taiwan, large and flesh red colored and multi-flowers.

Sinn Pirate's Ambivalent Nana

Mini-Sininigia from the Pirate's family produced by Alfrado in Taiwan. Pretty dark purple petal decorating pure purple unpredictable flecks at white throat part shows like a beauty has ambivalent hidding in her deep heart.

Clematis texensis‘Duchess of Albany’

for reference, funny is this species should be totally pink from inner to outner. At hot summer blooming in Taiwan, interesting cream white flower with pinky inside takes my frist eye in 2010 summer time. This came from Japan at last end of year as frist year age. Maybe it will trun to normal flowering in the future years.

Hoya macgillivrayi

This speices I bought it at summer in 2007 from flower market in Taiwan.
easy to glow in summer and keep dry in winter time.

Clematis texensis Ladybird Johnson

New Clematic floweting in my house. Dark Rad flower with 1" 1/2 size blooms at hot summer time.

Chirita Crossroads

Chirita Crossroads, comes from Atzuko's hibirds, quite large plants with lavender flower potted in 5" square pot.

Habenaria medusa

Habenaria medusa, one kind of terrestial orchid, frist time blooming in the green house on the roof.


Supposed that flower should like a displaying white crane or the hair of medusa, just as it's name, in the normal or cooler temperature used. However, maybe dued to the El Niño-Southern Oscillation phenomenon, the dry and continuing hot temperature in summer time make flowers twist and ugly.

Hot summer makes everything wrong indeed.

過了似乎是獨立跟幼稚的交叉點後， 人的生活似乎就這麼的被鐵窗給限制住。

道德，傳統，思想，經濟。
還有一輩子最沉重的期望。

我的思考不再像是浮雲般的自由，卻凝結成凍。
時間的流線就這麼纏住在完全沒有聲音的空間裡。
層層的包裹，就像是綑綁上不能外洩的屍臭。

世界的時間已經不在屬於我的。

從左到右 分別是Piccolo Nimbus Souvenir 看的出花的差別嗎?

其實這三顆父母親都一樣說
都是 Peter Shalit 從C. spadiciformis x C. sclerophylla 搞出來的
繼承sclerophylla的斑跟spadiciformis 的葉型之三兄弟

再同一個環境下的確是有點差異 Souvenir 葉比較圓大且厚 花也是最大
Nimbus 個頭最嬌小 但是葉色斑紋對比最深 花小但是粉色較均勻 整個花筒顏色也一至
Piccolo 葉子介於中間 但是花色最深 其實同父母還有個怪小孩 叫‘Nemesis’ 完全沒葉班

近點看Piccolo Nimbus , Piccolo 開花都會有些鏽斑


而Souvenir 花卻是一梗一梗的開 花量又多

其實這三顆應該都是看葉斑的 但是冬天看看花也是不錯的xd

Young leaf for Begonia paulensis

People in Taiwan had always mixed up B. paulensis and B. gehrtii since Mr. Mauro had sold the gehrtii seeds as paulensis one. Both of them are located at the native at SOUTHERN AMERICA, Brazil. As the same token, to own and grow them up in the Taiwan summer times is quite hard since they really can not tolerate more than 28 degree in summer times. Fortunately, I got the paulensis from a friend and grow the sp up in a fully care condition. You can find more beautiful audlt leafs as following,

B. gehrtii

告別

其實二舅對我的回憶不只是只有老舊的藍色貨車，
溫和吞吐的舉止，還有自然散發的氣質。

在他的身上似乎嗅不到老人獨有的味道，如果還在繡色的絲綢時代，
他會是個書生，是個暗盤掌握的智者。

如今他在秋黃之際留下了遺憾，那一頂紳士的亞麻帽，
串連著他生前的身影與他妹妹們的不捨，是解脫還是惆悵，
卻讓這狹小的空間下起了釋放和領悟後的雨聲。

你摘植的蘭花盤根錯節，或許也會跟隨你而去，
或許再趕不上你喪裡上的盛開，
或許也串聯不起已經支離破碎的家庭。

但是離枝離葉，總會朽于塵土，灑下一切，也是浮雲。
舅，安祥的離開是你道別的方式，
舅，你不語的臉龐，是否拈示不論是多少的塵埃都能被沉澱。

但是希望你看到你疼愛的小妹，我母親不捨的眼淚。
如果你還看的清楚，也讓這惱人的秋黃停止為你的失去而擰溽的傷悲。

我一個人吃飯 旅行 到處走走停停
也一個人看書 寫信 自己對話談心

ㄧ年了。
這空白的一年，我恍恍惚惚的失去了一年。

三十歲的這年，
人生重新的思考定義，我得到什麼，我失去什麼，我心裡想要什麼。

因為我害怕失去，所以我不敢寫下一個字。
她埋藏在我的心裡，像是永遠不會發芽的種子。
但卻又，遺忘不了的傷痛一直提醒著我。

阿桑的葉子已經枯黃，卻誘發出我必須向前走出這一步。
或許，我沒有我想像的這般懦弱。
或許。

變化

當我的變化已經讓過去的跟不上的時候，我竟然有點沾沾自喜。
這是自大的原罪。

我曾經這麼想過，我是無可救藥的自私，與自我。
不論是我看的多寬闊，接受了更多人延伸出去的視野。
我單純的認為，自己仍然是個幼小怕傷害的幼體。

這一年來，我出了社會，不再是無憂無慮的學生生涯，
我比以往更在乎自己的健康，與思想，
我安於現狀卻又蠢蠢欲動，
不論是外表、肉體或者是腦袋裡裝的墨水，
都變了樣的顏色。

如果說擦了粉的戲子在外國人的眼中是個不折不扣的女人，
他所掩飾的男性心理卻永遠趕不上被架上定罪著的十字。

我膚淺著，但是我不曾滿足。
過了三十，我將邁入另外一個變化的旅程，
我仍然愛著海，愛著深淵裡瀰漫濃霧的氣味，
只是對與過往，
我不會再留戀。

鵝毛雪

這是今年的初雪嗎?
我用生澀的日文問著年過半百的計程車司機，
他回答我，對啊，是雪，很漂亮的鵝毛雪，
已經好幾年沒看過這麼漂亮的初雪了。

當雪下來的那一段時間，總是會聽不到任何的聲音。
就像是白色的布幔慢慢的摀住所有人的耳多，
安靜的連那飄來的雪落在車窗上的聲音都聽的到，
是的，我又回到光都，這群山中被遺忘的科技城市。

每次回到這裡，
就會不經意的想起被遺忘的亞特蘭提斯。
只不過那是被海水浸寂的城市，
而光都則是被雪給掩蓋，
聽說外街上本來就人少的洋食店已經撤去，
許多原本在這裡生活的人群也都搬出了這座山，
剩下的是險的強烈對比著大學生
與來此接受輻射醫療的病人們。
不過雪中的鹿群還在，只不過換了領導的雄鹿。

下了車，耳朵痛的直打哆嗦，
雪是乾的，鵝毛雪總是如此，
有人說鵝毛雪很浪漫，
因為他用飄著舞炫著他自己的生命。
因為鵝毛雪一但有了依靠，
很快的就會蒸發。

如果在嚴苛的環境中，人生也可以如此絢爛。
那我也寧願犧牲那吵雜的聲音，
只是孤寂著，是讓人難受的曲目。

安靜的鵝毛雪，總是夾雜著許多複雜的回憶。
